Thirty one years of experience as a retail executive at NORDSTROM taught me the importance of taking care of the customer. My wife, Cici, and I now bring this customer oriented approach to the way we serve our clients. We are equipped with the professional expertise, market knowledge, financial skills, and negotiating savvy to achieve the best results for our clients.
BUYING AND SELLING REAL ESTATE
We have lived in five different states over the course of our Nordstrom career (Washington, Oregon, Utah, Texas, and Illinois). Having relocated to the Coachella Valley makes California our sixth state of residence. The numerous moves we made around the country allowed us the opportunity to buy and sell ten different personal homes. Consequently, we have gained an appreciation for the challenges involved in buying and selling real estate.
WE UNDERSTAND THE MARKET
Moving to the Palms Springs area has allowed us an opportunity to enjoy the warm sunshine and an active lifestyle. Because we are avid golfers we purchased a home in a private golf and tennis community. We combed the entire Coachella Valley extensively before making our final decision on buying a home that was just right for us. As a result, we became very familiar with the numerous developments and communities throughout the area. Now we spend much of our time helping others find their desert dream homes. Therefore, we have an excellent understanding of the market, and would like to share what we’ve learned with others.
